General Objective

⦁ Transmit technical skills, generate income, create jobs, empower women and the youth, and ultimately contribute to improving the living conditions and quality of life in rural and marginal-urban communities

Specific Objectives
⦁ Establish Centres for Eco-Technologies (CET): Training-Service-Innovation in various cities and regions
⦁ Establish a basic core of 10 Eco-Technology Workshops (ETW) Training-Service-Innovation, and a Business Incubator and Co-working spaces
⦁ Meet the demand for Technical Education
⦁ Contribute to increasing the productivity of rural and urban producers
⦁ Develop the creation of new businesses [Business Start-ups]
⦁ Identify, formulate, evaluate, incubate, manage and support Productive Projects for Community Sustainable Development, including the transfer and adaptation of eco-technologies
⦁ Develop CET’s Online Learning System
⦁ Develop Partnership Networks: Business and producer partnerships; Public sector; Institutions of higher education; Community network
⦁ Establish Alliances and Collaboration Programs with other innovation centres and Fab Labs at a national and international level
