es un proyecto laico, transdiciplinario, intersectorial, integral y hol\u00edstico para el Desarrollo Sostenible Ecol\u00f3gico y Equitativo basado en la Comunidad<\/p><p>WomenY-Lab est\u00e1 enfocado a la creaci\u00f3n de Centros de Eco-Tecnolog\u00edas: Formaci\u00f3n-Servicio-Innovaci\u00f3n (CET) para mujeres y j\u00f3venes, dirigido al desarrollo de competencias profesionales y de innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p><ul><li>Capacitaci\u00f3n: mujeres y j\u00f3venes de comunidades rurales y urbano-marginales, con el apoyo de componentes de Aprendizaje en l\u00ednea<\/li><li>Servicios: actividades de generaci\u00f3n de ingresos y tareas t\u00e9cnicas relacionadas con el empleo (manufactura, instalaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento y reparaci\u00f3n; Incubadora de Empresas y Espacios de trabajo conjunto -Co-working)<\/li><li>Innovaci\u00f3n: innovaciones menores\/incrementales con respecto a productos y procesos de pre-producci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n\/servicios de tama\u00f1o
